4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, personal liability, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events. African Safari Group is not responsible for expenses arising from events beyond our control.

6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your passport, visas, vaccinations, and travel documents are valid and in order.
You must comply with local laws and respect customs and traditions in all destinations visited.
African Safari Group will not be held liable for delays, expenses, or damages resulting from non-compliance.
7. Limitation of Liability
African Safari Group acts as an agent for third-party service providers and is not liable for their acts or omissions.
We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, damage, or inconvenience caused by force majeure events, natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Health and Safety
It is your responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions before travel.
We reserve the right to decline services to individuals whose health or behavior may endanger themselves or others.
