This is where all of your planning becomes a reality: your safari starts now. Tanzania is such a wonderfulcountry when it comes to wildlife and beautiful landscapes. After we greet you and answer anyquestions you might have, we'll take great pleasure in taking you out and showing you what we mean.

Stay in the center of Arusha at Kibo Palace Hotel; it's convenient for just about everything in town. Handsome rooms are just the start, other facilities and services include a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, gymnasium and massage center. The professionalstandard service is also part of the experience.

Strung out in the shadow of the Rift Valley escarpment, that great fracture in the earth’s surface that divides Africa in two, Lake Manyara is one of Tanzania’s more unusual parks. Here you’ll certainly see the elephants for which the park is famous, and, if you’re really lucky, one of the park’s equally well-known tree-climbing lions.

Join us for a guided game drive through the forests in Lake Manyara, where sightings of the park's elephants and tree-climbing lions are the main prize.

It's time for you to get to know the Central Serengeti,one of the most wildlife-rich places in all of East Africa. All three big cats are commonly seen, as are many other animals, and the savannah grasslands interspersed with signature acacia trees is classic safari terrain. It can get busy, but it's a vast area where you can easily find some solitude.

Our transfer this morning to the next part of your safari is also a game drive, which means looking for animals as we go.

You never quite know what you'll see on your guided game drive in the Central Serengeti as your guide takes you through some of Tanzania's best wildlife country.

Come and see the best of Central Serengeti National Park as we take you out on a guided game drive. It really is a terrific way to feel a part of Africa with the wind in your hair as we drive you around to look for animals.

Join us for a guided game drive through the fabulous wildlife country of the Central Serengeti. It's an experience you'll never forget.

Early Morning
Rise above Serengeti National Park in the magical light of early morning in a hot-air balloon. The views are simply incredible, and even elephants look like ants from up here.

Your day in and around Ngorongoro Crater could just be one of the most memorable of your whole safari.You’ll explore the crater rim and then drive down onto the crater floor, where the critically endangered black rhinos are the stars of an astonishing wildlife show. You’ll almost certainly see large-tusked elephants, at least one of the Ngorongoro’s four lion prides, and wandering clans of spotted hyenas. It also just happens to be one of Africa’s most beautiful corners, a hidden world where you’ll be surrounded by steep, deep-green crater walls, a salt lake, forests and hippofilled waterways.

This morning we'll be taking you to the next stage of your safari, but you'll also get to enjoy one last game drive along the way.
Rest of Day
You're in for one of the best safari experiences you can have on your guided game drive through Ngorongoro Crater. As you explore the crater floor, your guide will help you look for lions, black rhinos, spotted hyenas and so much more.

After breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive as you exit the park. You'll make your way back to Arusha by road (or opt for a flight upgrade), arriving in the late afternoon.
